- Trade Promotion Coordinating Committee Interagency Trade Officer Course. BCIU delivers a four-day course to international trade officers from the major agencies of the Trade Promotion Coordinating Committee (TPCC). The course familiarizes trade officers with the full range of the U.S. Government's export promotion programs and services and equips them to deliver integrative solutions in a client-focused manner. BCIU and member company executives deliver three sessions per year.
