| | Event Description: | His Excellency Albert Pintat has been Prime Minister of the Principality of Andorra since May 27, 2005. Prior to his current position, he was Ambassador of Andorra to the United Kingdom and to Switzerland from August 2001 to December 2004.
Prime Minister Pintat has held several positions in the Government of Andorra including: Minister of Foreign Relations, from 1997 to 2001; Ambassador of Andorra to the Benelux and the European Union, from 1995 to 1997; General Counciller of Parliament, from 1986 to 1991; Personal Secretary of the Head of Government from 1984 to 1985, and Deputy Major at the Parish of Sant Julia de Loria, from 1982 to 1983.
Prime Minister Pintat graduated from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland.
