These events typically include remarks by a featured official, followed by a candid, in-depth question-and-answer period.   • Commercial Diplomacy Training

    BCIU provides commercial training courses for U.S. Foreign Service and U.S. Commercial Service personnel, preparing U.S. diplomats-in-training to support an American embassy's role in promoting U.S. business interests in overseas markets. These courses, which feature executive instructors drawn from BCIU's corporate membership, make up BCIU's Commercial Training Program, a series of formal instructional programs offered by BCIU in conjunction with the U.S. Departments of State and Commerce. BCIU is available for assignment from other agencies with trade and investment programs.
